ReHubs is a partnership-based collaboration hub working to industrially scale up the collecting, sorting, processing and recycling of textile waste in Europe.
ReHubs is dedicated to shifting the apparel and textile industry towards a circular business through impactful collaboration and knowledge projects with stakeholders from across the value chain.
Our mission is to reach
2.5 million tons recycled textile waste
in Europe by 2030
7.5 million tons
of textile waste was generated
in the EU in 2022
Key Figures for the Circular Value Chain
2.5 million tons
of textile waste is currently collected in Europe
4.5 million tons
of discarded textiles could be collected by 2030
There is potential scaling from 1% fibre-to-fibre recycled in 2020 to 18% in 2030.
However, the textile value chain for recycling is not yet mature.
To transition from a linear to a circular textile value chain, five key parts of this value chain must be matured and scaled up:
→ collection
→ sorting for reuse
→ sorting for recycling
→ pre-processing
→ recycling

In addition, it is an opportunity for near-shoring and resources autonomy.
Our Approach
ReHubs triggers collaboration and knowledge projects across the value chain, countries and public/private sectors. ReHubs also builds bridges facilitating direct relationships for potential additional investments or funding by third parties.
Collaboration Projects
Collaboration Project refers to an actionable project to increase the recycling of textile waste, including collection, sorting, preprocessing, and recycling. Efforts also address acceptance and validation of recycled fibres throughout the entire fashion and textiles value chain.
Knowledge Projects
Knowledge Project refers to critical knowledge for recycling textile waste, and relates to product, process and market intelligence gained through collaboration projects or general studies. Knowledge Projects are funded by ReHubs Partners’ fees or alternative resources.
