ReHubs Europe AISBL Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ReHubs Europe AISBL. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The ReHubs Wall platform (“Platform”), operated by ReHubs Europe AISBL. (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility 
To register as a member, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities 

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. 

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. 

  • You agree to notify ReHubs Europe AISBL immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. 
     

3. Inactive Accounts 
If your account remains inactive for six (6) consecutive months, ReHubs Europe AISBL reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete your account and any associated data. You may re-register at any time unless otherwise restricted.

4. Use of the Platform 
You agree not to: 

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes. 

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems. 

  • Interfere with other users’ experience or with ReHubs’ operations. 

ReHubs Europe AISBL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. 
 

5. Intellectual Property 
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to ReHubs Europe AISBL. 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ReHubs Europe AISBL 

 

6. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR Compliance) 
ReHubs Europe AISBL processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. 

  • We collect and process your personal data only for legitimate purposes related to providing our services. 

  • You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.

  • You may withdraw consent or request data deletion at any time by contacting us at info@rehubs.eu  
     

7. Termination 
ReHubs Europe AISBL may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately. 
 

8. Limitation of Liability 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReHubs Europe AISBL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. 
ReHubs Europe AISBL does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. 
 

9. Changes to Terms 
ReHubs Europe AISBL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 
 

10. Governing Law 
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
